This was the perfect patient / customer experience . On time, thorough, extremely professional but empathetic & built an immediate rapport with my son & I. The tests were through, well explained and all questions death with and a clear, concise and lay manner. Very knowledgeable, amenable and patient / customer focus . This was an exemplar service and I thoroughly recommend Audika and our amazing audiologist Mrs Jennie Canham.

I saw Wendy Green at Audika in Leigh-on-Sea yesterday for ear wax removal. I am a regular visitor as I suffer from ear wax buildup. Wendy is always very caring and professional in her approach, explaining exactly what she will be doing and how noisy it may be. I am then shown pictures of before and after. It always amazes me. To get the best result it is important to use Earol olive oil for a few days before your treatment. This makes it much easier to remove the wax buildup. Thank you Wendy. I would not go anywhere else.

If I could do six stars I would the team in Leigh on Sea I say team because even though I met Jenny and she was brilliant the whole team and place was very friendly and inviting. I have had a high street brand cros hearing aids now for 5 yrs and wanted an upgrade in technology, as I feel there was less choice on the high.

Jenny want for a better word sorted me out and more. The follow up and support is second to non and will not go anywhere else from now on. She is a diamond, true to her word and very caring.

Thorough, empathetic and professional at all times, Katie not only completed the tests but went out of her way to ensure I understood the context and meaning of everything that resulted from them which we discussed in detail.

My wife and I attended Hidden Hearing at Leigh on Sea on Monday,20 April last. We were seen by Nick Dean. We were very impressed by Nick's professional approach. He has a very reassuring manner. We completed a range of test/measurements. Nick was able to answer all our enquiries. He shared our individual test results. We left his consulting room feeling we understood what we were told. I visited Leigh on Sea Hidden Hearing today.I was warmly greeted by Sue and Jenny and asked if I would like a tea or coffee. Jenny explained in detail exactly what the process would be with clearly illustrated graphs. The whole experience was relaxed and very professional. Will definitely recommend and return myself.
