Very good at what they do and the staff service

It is a pleasure to visit the Sevenoaks branch. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Ana provides good helpful advice and excellent technical support. The whole thing is a credit to your business.

Ana at Hidden Hearing in Sevenoaks was amazing. So friendly, explained each procedure clearly without complicating anything. The testing was done smoothly and explained throughout. Ana treats you like a person and not a patient so she talks with you and not at you. Highly recommended

My audiologist Ana was brilliant - she explained everything clearly and put my initial nerves at ease. She listened to my concerns and was thorough in her evaluation and next step recommendations.

I saw Ana Rodrigues my audiologist for the first time today and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She put me at ease and explained everything to me. I managed to get more answers seeing her for no fee, compared to an overpriced private audiologist. I totally recommend her service. Thank you Ana.

Professional treatment, with each step of the process being explained in advance, with numerous opportunities to take a break in the event of any discomfort, of which I experienced none. The need for a follow-up appointment was also carefully explained, with sensible advice for the interim period.

I visited the Sevenoaks branch today for wax removal and saw Rachel who was fantastic. She explained the procedure, the limited risks associated and after care fully. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Sevenoaks branch and will use it again should I need to. I went to Hidden Hearing on my wife’s recommendation. She’d had a great service from her first visit. My Ear Care Practitioner Rachel Smith was very friendly and helpful. Her explanations were very clear and unambiguous. Finding no wax on inspection, Rachel kindly reverted the consultation to a free check and I was in and out in two minutes.
Such great, honest, friendly service that is virtually impossible to find these days.
