Hello John, thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry to hear that you've been disappointed with the delivery arrangements for your Heritage Distressed White Console Table and appreciate your frustration while waiting for your order.
I can see that our couriers have attempted to arrange delivery with you. Unfortunately, we do not offer a day-of-choice delivery service, as deliveries are scheduled around our specialist courier network's planned routes. When a proposed delivery date is declined, the item must be re-entered into the routing system, and the couriers then need time to replan their route before a new delivery date can be offered.
We always aim to provide as much flexibility as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this is being arranged.
We hope that once your Heritage Distressed White Console Table arrives, you'll be delighted with your purchase. If there's anything we can do to assist in the meantime, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Best regards HomePlus Furniture
