The ball in the black net burst after 30 minutes of play and the same happened to a replacement. The rest of the kit has been well used and loved by a range of children for 3 weeks now, so would recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to update us.
I’m really sorry to hear that the same issue happened with the replacement — that’s definitely not the experience we want for you. I’m really pleased to hear that the rest of the kit has been well used and loved by a range of children over the past three weeks. It’s great to know it’s proving to be a valuable resource, and we really appreciate you still recommending it despite the difficulty with that one part. I will call you to confirm how we can make this right.
