I would have originally given a much lower rating as my car was returned with a sub standard repair to the bumper and an engine warning light. I contacted IRG at Pontypridd and spoke with the manager Callum. He was extremely apologetic and said he wanted the opportunity to put this right. They booked the car straight back in and provided a courtesy car. The car was returned in a better state than it was before my accident! A very high standard of repair and cannot fault their effort to put things right, admitting the fault. Callum showed me around the vehicle making sure I was satisfied. Would definitely use their services again, hence a 5 star review now.

I am delighted with the work carried out on my car which was returned in superb condition looking like a new car. IRG posted regular vehicle repair reviews which was greatly appreciated. Ellie on reception was extremely pleasant & helpful. An excellent company to deal with.

I had what I thought were window alignment issues with my Audi TT frameless windows. I went to IRG on a recommendation and they fitted me in within 24hrs to drop the car off for a diagnosis. They confirmed the price beforehand. On inspection, they found that the doors had dropped slightly and they rectified this along with the windows for a perfect finish. They also kept to the original price, so no nasty shocks. Any Audi TT owners with window issues or door drop, I would highly recommend IRG!

Fast friendly staff and an excellent job

Wouldn’t recommend, told me the parts ordered in would take 4-6 weeks and they’ll let me know when they come and would have started it but they didn’t. Women rung me yesterday stuck up. Attitude that the courtesy car 24 hours to bring back knows had vulnerable people that use the car and mini vallet where by

Car went in for a repair, found the staff very friendly and professional. Kept me informed regularly the person who dealt with myself was lauren.
Also the driver who picked the car up and delivered it back was really helpful one nice bloke lol 10/10 great survive 👍.

My Audi Q2 was hit by a stone on the motorway.Damage to the bonnet an grill.My insurance instructed IRG to repair.A few teething problems with communication but rectified by senior management.Got my car back today an happy with IRG.Would recommend.

Very friendly staff who kept us informed at every stage of the repair. The repair was completed to a very high standard and the car looks as good as new. Having a courtesy car while the work was being done allowed us to carry on with life. Would be happy to recommend their services to someone else. Very good service form the IRG team from start to end. My car was involved in a minor accident and my insurance company selected IRG. They were great at communications with the vehicle being collected & dropped off (and it has also been cleaned with was nice).
