Long time customer
I have been coming to this store for eight+ years. It's where I bought my first tent when I had no idea what I was doing and the staff in the store helped me with what I needed all those years ago and to this day the service has been impeccable. And the staff throughout the years have always had the item or answer for what ever outdoor question or expedition you had.

New walking shoes
Needed to buy a pair of walking shoes but had various issues with my feet and the type of fit required. I had already tried unsuccessfully at a nearby large store with no success so did not have much hope of finding what I needed. I was helped by Zoe, who after I explained the problem she was able to instantly make a recommendation within my budget. Tried the recommended shoes which fitted perfectly. Very happy with the knowledgeable and prompt service.

Excellent friendly helpful staff at Southend store. Today I was served by Sarah who was so helpful in advising me about a new pair of walking boots. Nothing was too much trouble and as a result of the customer service I had no hesitation in making a purchase. Fantastic thank you Sarah!

Visited southend millets today looking for footwear and clothing for a bootcamp residential…
Visited southend millets today looking for various items for a bootcamp week I'm going on. Staff very helpful, specifically Sarah helped me find soft shell gilet and fleece top which I needed. Sarah seemed really knowledgeable about the product-able to explain to me the benefits of the particular walking boots I was looking at. Recommend this store. Good customer service. 👍
