Absolutely brilliant and courteous service from Ben today with the help of advising of a suitable walking stick/pole following post operative surgery. His advice, pole selection and final adjustment was perfect. Millets have always given me great service.

Andrew is so knowledgeable about all outdoor products and their care. All the staff are approachable and helpful. The Stroud Millets is always my first place to go for all my outdoor gear.

Our experience at Milletts Stroud…
Our experience at Milletts Stroud Gloucestershire was very satisfying.
With Ben’s personal guidance my husband was fitted with the perfect style and size of walking boots suitable for his walking activity. Another staff member Quinn also assisted advising type of sock suitable for boot.
It was a very successful shopping experience from the friendly and knowledgable staff.

I found the quality of products and price very good. I was served by Ben who was very helpful, the right size of boots for myself was not instock, so he has ordered them to be sent to my home. I also received valuable advice on a down jacket I purchased.

Great service
Really knowledgeable and helpful service from Alex. He was a pleasure to deal with and I came away very happy with a great pair of walking boots and sandals. I will probably be returning for decent trainers soon.

Helpful staff and no pressure
Staff were very helpful and accommodating, in particular Alex, and was given time to think before choosing/buying. Some good offers in shop too.
