Walking shoes
Went to Millets to buy some walking shoes and was extremely pleased with the service I received. A young man called Shaun was very helpful, informative and patient as I tried on about 4pairs of shoes. I chose a pair which were the most reasonable of them all and I’m very pleased with them. Also at the checkout a lady called Kay even gave my dog a treat! Great shop.

Millets DOE offers, thanks Mason!
We went in for a rucksack for a DOE expedition, and the young shop assistant who helped us went over and beyond to help us, without being at all pushy on the sale. We came away with a great deal on a rucksack and a head torch.
Mason was brilliant, we could not have asked for better help, and as he himself had done all the DOE expeditions his advice was invaluable. Thank you for your time, and Millets, thank you for the great offers on the equipment.

Got my walking boots from there. With the invaluable help of lily. She was ever so helpful and so knowable!! She defiantly knows her stuff- told me how to take care of my boots in order to make them last longer.

Always friendly and helpful staff in Millets. Worthing and in most Millets stores actually. Today I was served by Lily. Usually pop in when something I need and often buy something else useful also. This time it is for my next camping trip.
Sorry the Millets brand is under threat. Such a shame. Staff are knowledgeable (very important to me), motivated, keen to help you find the right item for you.

Visited today. Mason was extremely helpful as we were buying items for my daughter’s DofE trip. His advice was gratefully received and he was able to advise what was best for our first venture to do the Bronze trip. What a knowledgeable young man you have working for you. A credit to your store.

Really great service - went in to pick up some kit for an upcoming DofE expedition. Assistant (Clerk 9/5) gave up a big chunk of time to help us out and talk through the options available considering our needs and budget. Can’t thank them enough - made the whole thing quick and pain free.
