Millets - Worthing Opiniones 

Sadly, first time I have ever had bad customer service at Millets and it will be the last. I went in to buy some new boots to replace my other Peter Storms where the sole had malfunctioned. I was happy to buy a new pair and actually ended up getting 3 at a significant cost. I had a couple of bags and one box fitted in but the other wasn't big enough, so the guy asked if I wanted a bag (to hold the other 2 boxes) free of charge. On hearing this the female assistant called across the shop floor stating that they were for charity and couldn't be given away free so the offer was revoked. I then had 3 big boxes and a long walk to the car so naturally the additional bag would've helped. I left the store with boxes blocking my view and sliding around, together with my receipt with qr code for feedback on "how did we do today?". As I struggled back to the car I had time to reflect on how I had just been treated. I have now decided to return all the items and will be taking my custom elsewhere. I have no idea how much a bag was but the whole experience has left me feeling not valued as a customer. Walking is an absolute joy and boots cannot have bad memories attached to them and it will be remembered everytime they are put on. I have had many happy decades of wearing Peter Storm boots and shoes and do thank them for those but now I'm off to pastures new...

Went in to look for Blister posters….came out with a pair of very smart Wellies …plus the plasters ! Excellent service …very helpful but no “hard sell “…i was able to take my time to check the fit. Friendly assistant…proper customer service ….

Just went in for a mooch about. They had clearance sale on. Ellie was behind the counter and very helpful. Left with 2 pairs of shoes and sunglasses. Very happy with the outcome

Today we bought new wellies,
In the sale they cost 30% less.

For they are irreplaceable in my mind,

Helpful staff, bargain for a down coat in closing down sale. Seems a shame as plenty of choice and variety of goods.

Its always a real pleasure to visit this store,-the staff are always friendly,kind and helpful,- they have good knowledge of their products and are always happy to answer any questions before buying.

Excellent service once again from the team coat purchased

This store has a great selection of well priced, quality outdoor clothing and goods. You get that " this is the right place" feeling when you walk in. The staff know the products, and offer friendly helpful advice when needed. Not in stock..no problem, the systems are checked, ordered in store and in my case delivered next day. Excellent service.

Extremely friendly staff. Always helpful. A great range for all sorts of activities. I seem to be lucky with bargains too.
Only other comment is I'd like to see rechargable batteries. There was a green pack but didn't appear to be rechargable, although there were some rechargable for solar power which is brilliant.

Very friendly and helpful on the phone and in store. Particularly Mason, service with a smile.

Wanted a specific T-shirt and the store didn’t have the size that I wanted, the sales assistant ordered one for me and was over and above helpful on Saturday 25th Jan 2025. Although very busy she was brilliant.

I had bought a coat for my wife online. It turned out to be too small. I phoned the Worthing branch and spoke to Mason who was most helpful. Following Mason's advice I went to Worthing and Millets. Mason sorted out a refund and ordered a larger size for my wife, all done in a very friendly, courteous and professional manner, the other staff member was also friendly and welcoming.
