Some of the caviar went bad. We were diligent about keeping it cold. When we ate it, three out of eight were inedible. I sent an email to the company and received no response.

We take product quality very seriously and guarantee the freshness of our caviar at the time of delivery. However, as a highly perishable product, we cannot guarantee quality 3 and a half weeks after delivery, as storage conditions outside our control can significantly affect freshness.
The caviar was outstanding, cream fraiche must have frozen and was very good
Excellent starter set! 4 of us were able to sample with a good tasting portion.
Fantastic service, packaging, presentation and taste! Will definitely order again!
Amazing and I will order again!
I bought it as a birthday gift. I will be buying one for myself as well.
Was a great Valentines Day experience!
Would highly recommend
We purchased this gift for others who loved the experience of having so many choices to sample
I love them all!! I will definitely order more when I get the craving!
This is a very nice starter set for beginners or even caviar pros
Variety and selection for this set is great. Everyone loved it, from the seasoned vets to the newbies, it was enjoyed by all.
This is a very high quality product that comes in a convenient carry case for the caviar samples and pearlized spoon. I also appreciated the inclusion of the blinis and creme fraiche in the price of the product. They did not have to be purchased separately. This caviar set made for a great way to ring in the New Year!
Such a nice set! A great way to try different caviar.
great variety, perfect kit. Could use more Blinis as there wasn't enough included but otherwise an excellent gift set.
My wife absolutely loved this gift set. She said it was one of the best gifts I ever got her.
I ordered this as a gift for my boyfriend as we never have experienced caviar before and it was a wonderful surprise on how good the caviar was.
Great way to break in to the world of caviar.
Great selection.
