It has the best functional strength area out of all the gyms in Ashford, and if you get it at the right time when it is not too busy, it has absolutely everything you need

Im due to start weight losi never thought is like the gy but pure gym.fits into.my routines injections…
Im due to start weight loss injections and have molbity problems but I can do weights to build my muscle and non weight baring exercise
People are friendly
I love i can go any time it fits in as sainsburys and brother bear by makes me keep at it

Changing rooms are not well maintained
Changing rooms are not well maintained. Exercise machines are not well space out and are often cause of distraction when people are passing by.

We would like to assure you that we are working alongside the contracted cleaning team and facilities management, to ensure concerns are addressed in club. It would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager to provide more information (such as date and time) so this can be investigated. Please be aware due to the situation of our gyms it isn't always possible to extend the site itself, however, If you have any specific suggestions regarding the layout of the gym please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed. Joined today. Scanned the QR code. Simple instructions on joining and options. Downloaded the App and found loads of information on classes and exercise ideas. Not had an induction yet, hoping that’s just as easy.

Forced to buy a one day pass because…
Forced to buy a one day pass because the horrid buddy system my partner had paid for was not working - immediately after buying the one day pass and before I even attempted to enter the gym it suspended my account with no reason whatsoever. I had to use the disgusting ai help desk because they do not want to employ enough staff during the day and now am having to wait for 12 hours to get a response. Thank you for allowing me to make an easy decision to go somewhere that isn't so shite

We did experience an App issue which prevented members from being able to add their chosen Free Friend. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
This has now been resolved and the main member will be able to send out a new link straight away; just make sure to log out and back into the App so all updated.

Recently joined PureGym in Ashford Kent.
The gym itself is good but the shower facilities are disgusting 🤢
Spoke with the duty manager about it and was told they are trying 🙄 but basically can’t keep up with cleaning due to the footfall?
And there contact us on social media is absolutely laughable as you can see from below.

Please do Gabor as it’s not a good look for your company, quite frankly disgusting actually. As stated I only joined a few days ago and already looking to cancel membership and move to another gym.
I'm sorry to see of all this! We have high standards at all PureGym’s and would like this to be investigated immediately. As this is an in-gym issue and we are not located at the gym, this will need to be raised with the Gym Manager. You can do this yourself as you will have the most information regarding the issue, by sending an emai. If you`d wish I can cancel your membership and process full refund as a good will gesture.
Basically they don’t care and it’s down to the customer to sort it out 👌🏻

I really enjoy the vibes at the gym and how friendly everybody is. My one down point is the state of the ladies toilets, twice this week the sanitary bins in all 3 cubicles have been overflowing and the toilet area in general is poor!

After 3rd pregnancy start going back to gym to build up again my body, confidence and loose weight!
All staff with smile and extremely nice to help you carry on.
24/7 and App are the best to help you decide what time to go if you don’t like busy hours.

Me and my friend got bullied at your gym. These two young girls one ginger one black haired were making fun of me and my friend and they were not 16 also we felt extremely uncomfortable in your setting
