We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club as staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all facilities in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about this, please notify staff on site as soon as you can! We're happy to hear you enjoy using the gym overall and we hope to see you back soon! Thanks, PureGym

I can see an induction is required for use of the DDA door which you have requested access to. They can remove this requirement if it was accidentally selected, or alternatively you can contact your gym management team via the email on the gym home page, so that this induction can be arranged. I’ve been there on 3 occassions
I’ve been there on 3 occassions, at the doors, at the gates, ringing for someone to talk to. Public coming in and out , no one a word , none to talk to me from the inside the gym. Keep imagining what it might be once I’ve booked! But I’m not alone: Heard someone at the door trying to take a booked class but couldn’t get in either; had to come back later, give explanations, justify themselves for not being able to do through those automated doors/gates. I found it quite dehumanised and no empathy which is quite negative if you consider you go to the gym not only for physical health but mental wellbeing too. Don’t see how it could happen. And the worst thing is I need to train and have a reduced schedule so I’ll need to find a gym near work for the week days. Don’t feel confident about it! Bad start!

Great staff
Today I went to my first day and I met Lilian, one of the personal trainers of the staff, she was great and did a tour with me explaining everything about the gym, including how to execute some exercises. She was very attention and I felt welcomed and confident to come back.

nice gym
It’s a really nice gym. Love the equipments and everything. The only thing was a bit bad is when I went on Sunday, I had to walk a lot for getting blue roll and sanitizer spray between exercises.😅

I'm sure the extra walk for the rolls helped burn a few extra calories in your workout but we can certainly look into providing more cleaning stations around the gym. Trying to sign up to another location…
Trying to sign up to another location than my standard location for a single day pass is a shockingly awful experience riddled with bugs. And when it went wrong there was no way to get any support from anyone

Not bad but not good
overall okay, however recently ( last few months ) the gym that I’m constantly going it’s having technical issues , ( toilets were out of service, now is half of the gym floor out of service) . I’m honestly thinking to change the gym as it’s packed and even more now that is out of service a good part of the gym. We need to consider as there’s few gyms around cheaper.

If any disturbances in club all members will receive extra access on top of their existing membership in the meantime.

I have been working out with Godfrey for a year now. He is very professional and gives great advice. He also supported me through the first two trimesters of my pregnancy. Would highly recommend him.

I like the atmosphere here when I work out, the team are always helpful. Especially my PT Godfrey who gave me guidance and training patiently in the past 2 years.

Temperatures and air conditioning in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym.

Using the wandsworth PureGym. It has all machines you need and classes. Personal trainer available on request and has a great atmosphere. Very happy so far.
