Lively and brilliant 😃❤️❤️
It’s always a pleasure to be a member of London Wembley Pure gym and to attend the gym generically to use the range of amazing gym equipments as being part of the fun and energetic gym classes with our lively and nice fitness instructors 😃❤️❤️ plus another highlight of being in the gym atmosphere is the happiness and brightness it brings at all times 🙌🙌❤️❤️

We do our very best to provide a wide range of classes and equipment, so that members have a variety of ways to workout and also do so, in a short amount of time, as we understand some members are crunched for time or just prefer shorter (but effective) workouts. An absolutely terrible gym
An absolutely terrible gym. Smells very badly. The equipment is never maintained. The layout lacks strategy as there are way too many (broken) cardio machines. On the other hand there is minimal to none other equipment that you would desire in a commercial gym of this size. The staff are depressing— they do not smile or engage and are too quickly replaced.

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym

Absolutely the best gym
I enjoy myself every time I go to the gym as It’s a place to make friends, have fun and it’s an all round relaxing environment. Another advantage of attending the gym is I enjoy all the fitness classes available in this gym as well as using the varied exercise equipment of which is available to use by all the members of the gym 24/7 of which is fabulous 😊😊, without this gym is my life I will be totally lost and super bored I am so happy to be part of London Wembley pure gym ❤️❤️

The place is dirty
The place is dirty , no staff on night time and the equipment is very old most off the gym around they have new and modern equipment!

Puregym have suspended my account for no reason but are still taking my money.
I can not book any classes and I'm pissed off
I will be cancelling my membership and going elsewhere

As we require more info to help, please drop our Member Services team a message on (member.services@puregym.com) with your accurate email address, mobile number and DOB - So they can find your account and get your refund actioned within the first 14 days of your membership. This is done through them and not automatically upon cancellation online.

No guidance in the gym I had taken the 28 pound one supposed to get excess to hydration and stuffs like that and no ones their to guide as per your gyms policies

As soon as signed up you can access the gym straight away!
Any questions prior you can ask a member of staff during staffed hours when in club, or can book onto a Get Started class via Bookings within the App.
This session will give you the opportunity to see the facilities, and ask any questions needed! Thanks, PureGym
Would not recommend
The gym smelt awful as soon as I walked in. The staff were not friendly and approachable especially as it was my first time, I did not feel able to ask where I could do my own workout. The atmosphere was so dark and gloomy. I would not go back there.

Gym cleanliness
Hi enjoyed my first group class, although changing rooms were not clean. Litter on floor and toilets not clean and no soap in men's changing room

Visited your Wembley gym and it was my…
Visited your Wembley gym and it was my `1st time in this gym. Their was plenty of good equipment but the customers refuse to put gym equipment back and remove plates. But the worst thing would certainly be the cleanliness/ hygiene of the equipment. There was sweat dripping off the kit and there was no wipes/ paper towel available.

It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this.
However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to combat this.
