Richer Sounds - Chester Opiniones 

We have bought 5 LG tvs from Richer Sounds over the last 10 years and have always received excellent service. We have one 43 inch that was repaired being nearly 6 years old, they dismantled the tv in our kitchen, installed new parts and rebuilt it again in less than half an hour. I have full confidence in their recommendations and knowledge that if something goes wrong they will fix it, no ifs or buts. I cannot recommend them highly enough, excellent customer service 👍

The first order clearly wasn't brand new and the presentation box was damaged. The replacement presentation box was damaged and you guys seemed to think it was the couriers but I'm not so sure. I asked for a small gratuity and you seemed reluctant and said you'd give me a discount on my next order.
Not a great experience at all although you did get the replacement out quickly in time for my trip away

I spoke with the Chester shop and outlined my requirements.
They didn't have a TV in stock to suit my needs (I didnt want a large one) but recommended one and even sent me the link to purchase it.
It was delivered within two days.

Good to have Joe and Adam set up the opportunity to compare new speakers with old. While not the best environment a listening room at least lets you sort likely options so that a home trial is not a waste of a trip to the shop. Then the "Open Box" offer was too good to miss PLUS the Wharfdale Super Linton's sound great in our own listening room.

I had a voucher to spend, which was nearing its expiry date. First of all, the Chester branch offered to extend the voucher (although it wasn't necessary). Then they helped me with my purchase, making sure I was happy with the item I wished to order. And, on top of that, my order arrived the next day and I'm very pleased with it. I'll definitely shop with Richer Sounds again.

I only went in for a TV bracket because I already knew which TV to buy. Chatting to Ewan I explained my requirements and explained the reasons for my choice. He knew all about the new technologies and had first hand experience of how the pictures look. Then he asked me about the room where the TV would be located, which wall it would be on, how large the windows were and their aspect. Turns out that along with the brightest colours I also needed to consider the contrast against the blacks and the reflection from the screen. And the best bundle matching all of my requirements came in a longer established and slightly cheaper package. These experts helped me dodge a bullet.

Chris was excellent from the start showing great knowledge of products and helped source the equipment I wanted to store for a demo before I committed to buy , Ewen was great on the day and I was well looked after , made up with my CXA81 MK2 , will be back for more , if u want kit go to Chester and have a demo , Cheers R/S great service 5 stars

Had a fantastic experience at Richer Sounds Chester Store. I had a demo of a pair of Argon Fenris speakers. Ewan the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and made my choice straightforward, Highly recommend this store.
