I was extremely shocked when I received my Atlas 4.0. I previously owned an Atlas 3.0. the helmet was nice but at the price point I purchased the helmet at, I was expecting better. The styling was the big reason I purchased the helmet. I saw a lot of reviews of the 3.0 that stated the helmet was overall subpar. After spending about 10k miles with my Atlas 3.0, I definitely had to agree and felt the helmet was not worth the money. The interior padding was poor and became deformed over time, there was a ton of wind buffering and the helmet was overall pretty loud. Unfortunately but fortunately, my Atlas 3.0 was stolen off my bike. I once again was in the market for a helmet. The only reason I was considering purchasing another Ruroc helmet was the styling and the integrated audio system. I searched around for a while but there were no other helmet companies that caught my eye as much as the Atlas 4.0. Hesitantly, I ended pulling the trigger on the an Atlas 4.0. After my first ride I fell in love. The Atlas 4.0 made up in all areas the 3.0 lacked, and then some. The wind buffering was no more, the helmet was quite and the padding is firm and super comfortable. One thing I was not expecting was there was a noticable weight difference between the Atlas 3.0 and 4.0. The riding experience with Atlas 4.0 is amazing. The only issue I have with the Atlas 4.0 I purchased is that it came with double D ring system instead of the Fidlock, which I loved on my 3.0. This is a very small issue and not really worth noting. Definitely worth the purchase! Keep up the good work Ruroc!
When I got the product it felt very Nice and robust. I regret that I didnt got the anti-fog shield. Very comfy and True to size-schedule,
Helmet fits great and is light and breathable
