AI generated price increase I think, or is it just a company policy ?
I was at the Poole store for 6 MONTHS only, then they put the price up by a third or from £158 per month too. £220 per month (100sq ) GREED ; they know once you put your items in storage your NOT want to find somewhere else . BE AWARE of this company , price fair to start then when they got you TAKE MORE .
I found another bigger storage near by ( 150 sq ) £180per month .
DON”T TRUST there prices, there put them up, you been warned

We want all customers to feel confident in how our pricing and agreements work and we aim to be clear from the outset about any storage agreements which are outlined at move-in and within the agreement documentation. We have reviewed our records and call history and can confirm the agreement was set up on a flexible basis rather than as a fixed-rate contract. When you contacted the team, we did review options to see if a re-contract or alternative rate was available. At that time, the best available rate remained in line with the updated price. We are committed to being clear about pricing and terms from the outset and are always happy to discuss options with customers directly if circumstances change. Kind regards.

Excellent customer service 5stars
The excellent customer service by the lady called Celia at the walisdown branch in Poole/Bournemouth area was first class. She helped me not only find the place when I got lost getting there as I had no sat nav but stayed on past her working hours to complete the setup and show me around etc. she was very kind and supportive, a true credit to the team and would gladly recommend this company based on her customer service skills. Well done and thank you.

I closed the storage after giving two…
I closed the storage after giving two weeks' notice. The receptionist said not to cancel direct debit as they need to issue the refund in few days and direct debit will be cancelled automatically. After I was issue the refund, the next day i was charged monthly payment of 234 again. Contacted management and customer service 3 times, all were saying management will call you soon to discuss the refund. Nobody called or emailed explaining what is being done. Very disappointed

Can’t thank the guys enough at the Poole store. The service I received was fantastic. Found us the best unit for all our gear, in between moving from England to Ireland. If you need storage, I would highly recommend using them. Thank you so much Mimi, Cecilia and Alex, such a great team

Great service and facilities.
Excellent service at all times by the helpful, polite and professional staff at the Poole branch. A great range of storage units at various sizes. Very clean and tidy premises with easy access. I have used SafeStore for four months and have received great service throughout. Thoroughly recommend this branch and its facilities.
