2 scoops are a bit strong for me, especially in the hot weather.

I was really looking forward to this product because it's a two in one for me and perfect for not having to eat more carbs but to drink them. Unfortunately each time I am drinking this I get very thirsty which is problematic considering this is an electrolyte drink and that it should hydrate you well... Not sure if I should continue consuming it

Great product and flavour. I've been using it for many years now and having tried other brands, I'm unlikely to change. Online ordering was simply and delivery was fast.
