Thoroughly count your delivered slate
We ordered 500 premium quality slate and we were assured on ordering that they supply extra to allow for damaged slate arriving.
Only 490 arrived and we thought it was probably a counting error. We could also see a few outside specification along with a few damaged as expected.
Email after email has only resulted in them working harder in avoiding supplying more than the 10 missing. Even though they admit in writing that 2 to 3 % are normally damaged.
It may be trivial but it means they are gaining over 4% on orders way over a thousand pound.
