A special shoutout to City Hall team, Juju and Adly, the amazing team managing the centre. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and warm hospitality have made a real difference in our day-to-day operations. Whether it's handling requests promptly or ensuring the space runs smoothly, they consistently go above and beyond.

Even though I use the business lounge more than the co-working space, I really love how diverse the choices of seating in this central SPACES. When I need to work alone or need some privacy, there are some tables or even mini cubicle sofa I can use to work when I need more privacy. When I am meeting my working partners, I could choose any seats that have 2-4 chairs, whether if it's in the middle of the business lounge or at the corner booths. It's pretty easy to meet up guests when in need in business lounge, without having to show your working desk (hotdesks), so it's really convenient for both parties, you and your guests too.

1.Decision making is highly centralized in London. Local managers have little or no say in rental pricing.
2. Very high staff turnover, we had to dealt with 6 managers in 3 years. Does not foster and value long-term business relationship.
3. The only plus point is location.

Great space to work. Very clean, very comfortable, with good facilities provided for coffee and the like.

Best of all are the staff, who are wonderfully friendly and helpful. They really make the offices worth visiting, always greeting with a smile.

UNFAIR & UNREASONABLE ACTION TAKEN BY THE COMPANY WHERE WE NEED TO PAY A 20% PENALTY WHICH IS TOTALLY NOT THE FAULT OF OURS BUT THE FAULT OF THE COMPANY ACCOUNTING SYSTEM & THEIR POOR PROCESS OF HANDLING AND RESULTING WE ARE BEING PENALIZED FOR IT. AFTER WE WROTE IN TO APPEALED AND THEY STILL DARE TO SAY IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT. PROBLEM NOT PROPERLY HANDLED BY ALL PERSONNEL AND WE ARE BEING PENALIZED FOR IT.
