If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Small spaces, over priced, noisy work spaces, toilets unclean absolute rip off. To top it off we got charged £750.00 “restoration services” for 4 screw holes…..they are out to make as much money as possible from hard working small businesses… avoid!

We’re sorry for your disappointment.
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians.
When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement.
Upon your departure, additional restoration was required above the standard service which was explained to you at the time. We have also provided photographic evidence.
We understand that you’re disappointed but this is explained to you in detail at the time of signing and again now. Thank you for your cooperation.

The worst office rental experience ever

Probably the worst office rental experience I have ever had. I rented a small office in Guildford and at the start things were going ok and the staff were nice and friendly. After a few months a whole host of issues started. I was billed incorrect amounts, which was resolved after about a month of chasing. Next my online account was locked in February of this year and despite chasing the staff at the centre and my account manager on over 20 occasions it was never resolved.

This meant that invoices were inaccessible to me and late fees were applied all because of this company's inability to resolve the most basic of issues. I decided in the end that enough was enough and ended the contract with Spaces.

Nothing has been resolved with regard to my online account still. To add insult to injury they have just given me another bill of £1400 to paint the office. A four-person office with one glass wall! These guys are crooks!!

I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
Transparency is key to us, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any queries are clarified before an agreement is signed. Our customers are billed according to their agreement.
You were charged with quarterly invoices since your payment card was not registered for automated payment method and as you have confirmed this issue was resolved.
Upon checking your record, I noticed that your online account (MySpacesworks.com) has always been active, you have ended your agreement in March and processed monthly payments for your invoices online. The recent issue you had with your login password was rectified for you immediately.
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement.
You left the office space assigned to you with wear and tear that is beyond normal level which requires extra repair work. The walls required to be repainted and the frosting on the glass wall needs to be replaced. You were charged accordingly.
Your account is currently restricted due to non-payment. This payment situation needs to be resolved urgently.
Your centre team is your main point of contact and is available to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact them.
