Great location, but pricey
I like the location of the office space I am renting and the staff are very responsive with any questions and concerns. What I don't like is that the cost of renting space is quite high and seems to increase on a regular basis--not just when my lease is up, but also on the anniversary date of signing my initial contract (this seems unfair). Also, the cost to rent a boardroom for a larger group meeting is prohibitive. As a result, I end up giving workshops in a different location, which is an inconvenience (to set up, transport supplies etc.).

Our agreements renew at the prevailing market rate which means that our prices can reduce as well as increase upon renewal; Your centre team will be happy to discuss upcoming renewals with you.
Whilst annual indexation is applied to agreements over 12-months and please be assured that this increase is not arbitrary, but rather a necessary adjustment due to the increase in real estate costs, which is an integral part of our agreement.
As you may be aware, this indexation is a standard practice in the industry to account for fluctuations in the market, and it ensures that our pricing remains fair and consistent with the current market conditions. No other adjustments can be made.
