Bought my first mini from this garage in 2020 and received great service back then - nothing has changed over the 6 years. Staff were extremely helpful, from the first day we visited, to the handful of times we popped in afterwards. I secured a fab new Mini Cooper, for a great price. Michaela was extremely supportive and has provided excellent communication throughout the process.

I outlined my requirements and the salesperson helped identify suitable vehicles for me. The process was seamless and the turnaround excellent. All my requirements were met and I drove my new car home two days later

Awful after sales service. I put a review on Trustpilot slating them, and the head of customer service rang me the next day at 5.50 and said “I am here to 6pm and then off tomorrow. So ring me back in 10 mins! These guys are shockingly bad. DO NOT USE!

Very helpful and understanding, due to my age I required that they collected the car from me. They came when booked, collected the car and brought it back to me once serviced, sparkling clean. Special thanks to Thomas Kelly and Matt. Highly recommended.

From the moment I entered the car sales room I was given the very best of customer care. With no pushy sales tactics. I found my forever car. Max was so helpful and friendly , makes the best cup of coffee too. From both the administration and practical input, everything about my new car was explained in thorough detail.

Big thank you to my sales executive Emma Gatfield for her amazing customer service!!
I experienced great customer service from beginning to end , nothing was too much trouble and I was kept informed all throughout the procedure.
Emma helped find me my dream Mini and ensured it was well within my price range.
I really appreciated the transparency from Emma and the team when my mini arrived from Cardiff with unexpected poor paintwork and bodywork. The team phoned me straight away and fixed the paintwork and bumper at a considerable cost to the business.
The handover experience was great. Emma explained all the different gadgets. She ensured my Apple car play was set up before I drove away.
I really appreciated the follow up call after collection to check how I was getting on with my new MINI.
I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone considering a new car. I found the whole experience was very personal and always customer focused.
