Beer pumps off
We went for our birthday, Friday night 6 pm and no beers were on the pumps.made the experience a little bit rubbish as my entire group drinks beers. Just seems to me a Friday night wouldn’t be the most ideal time to clean out beer pumps.

Great party location.

Tenpin Cambridge
We used the karaoke for our friend’s birthday, they didn’t mention the aircon was working in the room.
They just told us how to use the screen and how the karaoke works.
No more further information from the staff.
The room was really hot and uncomfortable, bear in mind it is over 26 degrees outside.
We managed to find one staff outside and he said the aircon was working ( almost by the time we were about to leave ). So we spoke to a member of staff about our experience and we asked if it was possible to extend our time as a compensation due to the lack of customer service and communication received from the team. Upon speaking to the staff, she was rude and said they could not provide a refund but we didn’t ask for a refund but a possible extension even for just 10mins.
If they have informed us from the beginning that the aircon was working we would have understood that we can ask them to turn it on at the start.
The rudeness of the team, the slow service and the lack of communication ruined our experience and also the celebration of our friend’s birthday.

Went ten pin bowling for my birthday it was a great night full of fun and laughter. It was easy to check in and the bar was close by staff were helpful too.

Helpful staff and a good facility. Bit noisey for the rustic 20 uear old we had with us even after the party lanes finishe. Not a criticism just an observation to help others

The venue is great but...
The venue is great. The only issue was the blimey there was so much litter on the tables and no member of staff cared to clean it. A bit disgraceful..

The place is too crowded for birthday parties and food arrived very late. They didn't serve the icecream for what I have paid.

Low staff
Me and my friend went into the bar area to grab a drink before going up to the cinema. However, we were unable to get a drink as there were no staff to be seen. We sat and waited at a table for 40 mins and a staff member showed up at the bar as we were leaving. There was also rubish and empty glasses on a number of tables.

Bad customer care
We took a huge school trip that we had booked 10 months in advance. We paid 2 weeks before, as per the terms and conditions. When we got there the (very rude) manager told us that we hadn't paid and we weren't allowed to play unless we paid by card. They made all of the students stand outside in 35 degrees. They finally found the paid invoice but still weren't apologetic. Bad customer care

Not too busy and quick to check in.
However the balls are filthy, I don’t like touching them or putting my fingers in them, I don’t like kids using them, it’s a health hazard. I really think yuu need to disinfect them and visibly show that they are being cleaned regularly. The idea of eating snacks with fingers at the same time as using those balls is revolting.

Karaoke at Tenpin Cambridge
We had a 12th birthday party at Tenpin Cambridge, the girls had a great time but the screen was set to 30 mins less than I had booked for and I had to find someone to add the extra time when it stopped. We also ordered pizza for a specific time as one person was leaving early but the order was not put through, even though I went to follow up twice before being informed that the order hadn't been sent to the kitchen. A bonus is that the rooms are airconditioned and if you ask at reception they will give you a discount for the parking.
