Bowling with my girls
I would have given 5 stars but was surprised the reduced meal for my girls, cheeseburger and chips, didn't have a little drink. I was told where I could buy them but thought 36 pounds was enough in itself. Facilities are good and the arcade and pool tables. I just think to not give a little drink like lemonade with the food isn't great, in my opinion.

Not great, could be better!!
Bowlin was good but no lighter medium/large balls, but beer tasted nasty (lines needed cleaning) and over priced with 10%head instead of 5%, bar service slow and not accommodating. Staff all looked grumpy and no glasses/food were being collected and tables not being cleared. Food cheap but tasteless, burger pattys were ridiculous thin and hard like eating cardboard.
Reluctant to give change at bar, sent me to 2 different change machines which were both empty, and an awful charge to use cash machine £1.85 to withdraw our own money to spend in your establishment specially when we already pay taxes is disgusting!

Disappointed
We booked our team event at Tenpin Telford. The bowling itself was good and everyone enjoyed that part of the experience. However, we had requested the food and drinks package as part of our booking, and unfortunately this was not delivered as expected. This caused some disappointment as the arrangements had been confirmed in advance. The staff were polite and the bowling facilities were good, but the issues with the package meant the overall experience did not fully meet our expectations.

There was a power cut and we had to…
There was a power cut and we had to leave the building four turns into a game. my details were taken and I was assured that they would get back to me to arrange a re-schedule or refund. I appreciate that the power cut was out of their control….. but still no communication - £50 as well (despite the add stating under a tenner!). Not Happy.
