The ebike I had chosen was well packaged and arrived quickly. I chose this company over others as they had a sale on the particular model I wanted. Free insurance for first month was a bonus. Great service and experience
Bought an electric bike from the Bristol store and couldn’t be more pleased! All of the staff in the store couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. When I collected my bike Rich was such a great help in going through the bike and answering any questions I had as it was my first electric mountain bike. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Don't even know where to begin with…
Don't even know where to begin with this.spent nearly £2500 on a cube reaction pro 750 at the end of June 2024.ive hardly used it due to a serious back injury but my issue is I went out for the first time in months yesterday and my front cassette near pedal just literally buckled! I contacted wilmslow ebike shop and they said they cant pick up for repair and to bring it in to shop!! How? Its literally 12 miles away and bike is completely unridable !! Not the best service!! This bike hasn't even done enough miles to warrant its first free service!! Absolutely appalling pass the buck customer service and for a bike that cost £2500 and has done 240 miles in TOTAL for this to happen is appalling service and the components to buckle as they did on such an expensive bike is truly shocking and extremely concerning.waiting to hear back after 2 phone calls to the bike shop then I will seek legal advice after I contact cube themselves! Doesn't exactly fill you full of confidence in them does it!!! Genuinely shocked at the bike the service the shop and cube!!! So as you can see from the reply not much help or after service from them on a £2500 bike! Very poor customer care. I now have to arrange for someone to deliver bike to them for a component fault on something you think would be reliable considering how expensive it was!! Absolutely shocking tbh !! Spending such an amount i would have expected better for my money! Absolutely incredulous at the electric bike shop treatment of customers once they have your money!!

Our Wilmslow workshop will be happy to inspect the bike and assess the fault. Unfortunately, we do not offer a collection and delivery service for workshop repairs, which is why we asked that the bike be brought into the store. Before travelling, please contact the Wilmslow team to arrange an appointment.

Fabulous service and experience
We had a great experience with Gabriel and his colleague today. We were able to test ride the bike of our choice and Gabriel rode with me as I was a bit nervous.
Everyone was really patient in allowing me time to choose colours and accessories. The staff are extremely knowledgeable.
We came away with an itemised list of all the products we had liked best to have a think about.
No pressure and very helpful experience.

Great experience
Just wanted to share a great experience with the team at The Electric Bike Shop in Nottingham! We rang them up yesterday morning to see if we could try a few models, and they sorted us out later in the afternoon. Jack was incredibly helpful, showing us around the bikes, and we ended up buying a £2,600 Raleigh Novus. Nate did a quick pre-delivery inspection on the spot so my wife could ride it home, and Chris, the manager, kept an eye on everything to make sure we were completely happy. Brilliant service all round!

When my new Cube electric road bike…
When my new Cube electric road bike arrived, I was disappointed to discover that one of the disc brakes had been damaged in transit. I contacted the company to report the issue, and Lewis was assigned to handle my case.
From the outset, Lewis dealt with the matter in a professional, courteous, and highly efficient manner. He kept me informed throughout the process, responded promptly to my enquiries, and made what could have been a frustrating experience remarkably straightforward. His clear communication and genuine commitment to resolving the issue gave me complete confidence that everything was being dealt with properly.
It is refreshing to encounter such a high standard of customer service. Lewis's dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that the problem was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. He is a real credit to your company and an excellent example of how customer service should be delivered.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Lewis for all of his support and hard work. It has been a genuine pleasure dealing with him, and I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service he has provided. Excellent service, detailed guidance on choosing my Tern HSD PSi and setting it up. I tired a couple of bike shops in Bristol when purchasing my electric bike. But the The Electric Bike Shop was hands down the best. Richard took time to explain all options and helped me choose the right one without feeling rushed. He really appreciated the daunting nature of such a big purchase. And choosing the right model and set up for my family. Really happy with my bike and the experience of purchasing via these guys. They also put together a package that was cheaper than other shops and took my cycle scheme vouchers. Win win. Really impressed!

Great shop in West Bridgford
I visited the West Bridgford shop 3 times and Matt and the team were all really helpful and reassuringly answered all my new-to-electric questions. Good to be able to have a test ride before my final purchase of a great bike at a competitive price. And they took the time to alter seat and handlebars several times to fit me properly.
