Since finding out I'm low in iron, I've been taking the liquid supplement. It tastes good and has helped with the tiredness and fatigue I had been experiencing.

Great bargain as it comes with added Vit. D, Ginseng and Co-Q10. Was a no-brainer in getting a short expiry (Nov.) product. It tastes better than expected and saves me taking a vit d supplement.
