The location on the Zambezi was really nice, especially when taking meals on the patio. Room was clean, well appointed. Took advantage of the gym which was kitted out with good equipment. Fun to work out with the wildebeests on the lawn!

Brand new hotel. It’s magic lies in its Location next to the river (with nightly visits by a couple of elephants on the lawn), and it’s staff. They arranged for our last night to have a candlelit dinner on the grass! Massages were excellent. Food was superb. Beds extremely Comfortable and rooms very clean. We took the hotel shuttle into Vic Falls to visit the iconic Vic Falls Hotel (our original choice of hotel) for lunch, and we were so happy that chose the Palm River Hotel. Only suggestion - a small gift shop on site would be nice.
This is a fairly new hotel and was a great place to stay in Victoria Falls. Beautiful location along the river. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous.
