a guide to what each exam covers. We also had reading assignments from different books to help us understand the objectives tested on the ARE. I was part of the 10-week boot camp. Around week 6 or 7, we were asked which exam we wanted to focus on. Since I had already taken PcM and PjM and missed both by two questions, Michael suggested I take CE next. I was hesitant at first. I thought retaking one of the exams I had already taken would make more sense. I listened to his advice and scheduled CE for week 12. By then, I felt like I understood the concepts and, more importantly, the why behind them. I passed on my first try.

Jose, I remember that conversation. You were skeptical and I get why. Going after a new division when you'd already put time into two others feels backwards.

But you were deep in the pro practice material and CE was right there in front of you. Riding that momentum made more sense than circling bac
k. You trusted the call, did the work, and passed on your first try.

Congrats again. That one's going to feel good for a while.
