From start to (almost) finish, Ali at Primal has been great. Working around our needs and amending our order when we wanted to add things on (go for the primal eco matting flooring, it’s well worth it!).
Shout out also to the delivery driver, we have access issues and even though he turned up in a larger vehicle he confidently said he was a professional driver and it was no problem.
We can’t wait to get our home gym finished and set up now.
