Lovely choice of sofas and looks to be well made. We were left in peace to choose but offered help to do so if needed. No hard sell.

Delivery was organised perfectly and we scheduled an earlier day than originally offered. That was cofirmed the working day before and a timeslot agreed. Only thing that didn't happen was a call 30 mins before but that wasn't a biggie. Sofas delivered without gassle into our room of choice and the team were efficient and friendly.

Pleased with end to end service and great discount. It did take a little while for despatch though.

Clear process to follow and mypetplan is great to follow progress only thing that could be better would be the notification re closure text which just says that I'll hear more shortly. That's what delayed feedback as wanted to make sure claim was processed.

Also not sure how 'continuations' work on a closed claim as two vets dealing with the same illness which is ongoing currently (so more related claims to come)
