Delivered to wrong address
Despite changing the delivery address since I wouldn’t be home and receiving an email confirming the change instruction, the parcel was still delivered to my home and left at the door.

My first contact was by telephone and the gentleman took the time to explain the different types of tv so that I could make an informed choice.
Once I'd checked out the available options on the website I visited the store the next day and the assistant was equally helpful.
