They are a vile, dirty, corrupt and immoral organisation. You only have to do an internet search to see the catalogue of shameful actions. Be aware if you go to Nottingham city centre, they have bus lanes and they issue baseless fines randomly to anyone who goes near the centre. It has been proven that they have falsely extorted money from victims yet refuse to return their money. They have also knowingly and wrongfully spent millions of ringfenced funds that should have gone to needy causes. They are a bunch of scumbags.

I had a flu jab booked 1 month in advance. I arrive at the store only to be told they haven't got any jabs and have not had any for ages. No offer to contact head office to see if she can get any more and no confirmation that she will let them know to stop wasting others people time. What a complete shambles!

Great equipment, well maintained, very clean, friendly staff. However it is way too busy for the limited amount of machines available and I only go during the off peak times.
