The Worst Customer Experience I've ever had…
This has been the worst customer experience I have EVER had. After this, there is no way I will ever recommend Zaful. Swimsuits were ordered - and paid for - and were scheduled to arrive in mid-May. We're still waiting ....on 11th July!
On the so-called SUPPORT CENTER Zaful is constantly thanking me for 'my patience' and 'my understanding' but they are no help in telling me what's gone wrong or where the swimsuits are. And they're hopeless at answering my queries. Robots clearly don't read - they just send stock replies, thanking me for my patience, etc! Yes, things are difficult due to Covid, yes, things are delayed, I understand that, but the tracking number is useless, the Support Center is no help and only puts the blame on its own delivery company. And at one point we were asked for ADDITIONAL delivery charges (of a greater value than the merchandise!) but still we have got nowhere. Now they're saying they need 7-14 days to contact the delivery company. Yes, THEIR delivery company! Say what? Now, I'd just like a refund please... We've bought swimsuits elsewhere, delivered in 3 days. Forget Zaful.
