BB used to be brilliant but NOT ANYMORE…

BB used to be brilliant but something has clearly gone very wrong. I bought a jersey on Jan 2 and at the time of writing (March 14) I have neither jersey nor refund....and despite assurances it's 'on the way' they can't give me a tracking number or any details. I'm getting nothing but 'bot' generic replies to my emails. I will not be back. Never again.

Excellent service and excellent bikes

Excellent service and excellent bikes! Big THANKS to Ian (and his wife Sam next door at Multi-Hire). I rented a superb bike - a Guerciotti San Siro - and was extremely happy with the bike and the set-up and the personal attention from Ian. I definitely recommend Pro Am Cycles and the Guerciotti bikes… 😊

Fantastic experience at Luton Airport Car Park…

Fantastic experience this morning at Luton Airport car park DriveThru. Couldn’t have been better, in fact. VERY organized, efficient and swift. Big shout out to George in the ‘reception area’ who was massively helpful and friendly and polite. Top man - his help will have saved me a lot of hassle. I also want to mention Nessa who did a great job booking me in. Thanks guys.

Can’t recommend this company

Can’t recommend this company. I’m past ranting or raving, I’m tired now. I just want my money back. The company evidently doesn’t know what it’s doing and the level of service I have received is frankly pathetic. If it’s relevant to anyone, it was cycling magazines I was trying to order, plus the Tour de France ‘special premium bundle’ - it never arrived. Desperately poor service and I don’t see any excuse for it. Thanks for reading.

The Worst Customer Experience I've ever had…

This has been the worst customer experience I have EVER had. After this, there is no way I will ever recommend Zaful. Swimsuits were ordered - and paid for - and were scheduled to arrive in mid-May. We're still waiting ....on 11th July!
On the so-called SUPPORT CENTER Zaful is constantly thanking me for 'my patience' and 'my understanding' but they are no help in telling me what's gone wrong or where the swimsuits are. And they're hopeless at answering my queries. Robots clearly don't read - they just send stock replies, thanking me for my patience, etc! Yes, things are difficult due to Covid, yes, things are delayed, I understand that, but the tracking number is useless, the Support Center is no help and only puts the blame on its own delivery company. And at one point we were asked for ADDITIONAL delivery charges (of a greater value than the merchandise!) but still we have got nowhere. Now they're saying they need 7-14 days to contact the delivery company. Yes, THEIR delivery company! Say what? Now, I'd just like a refund please... We've bought swimsuits elsewhere, delivered in 3 days. Forget Zaful.
(UPDATE: I did get a refund)
