Gemma G was extremely helpful, as always and a pleasure to talk to. Very efficient and a credit to Riviera Travel.

We have given Go Outdoors in Burton upon Trent 5* due to the fact Charlie served us this time. He was friendly, approachable & knew his stock. He turned a refund into an exchange and showed us what we were looking for, demonstrated how to assemble our 'Oex Ultralire chairs', but If we were served by Donna, like previously, we would give Go Outdoors in Burton upon Trent 0* she obviously needs retraining or needs another job! You could tell she didn't want to be there, made no effort to communicate, smile or even help. Just a waste of space, her colleagues are working harder to cover her!!

This is the second time we have booked with Gemma, on both occasions we have found Gemma extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient & a very good communicator. We have found our River Cruises a 5-star lovely experience, we will definitely be booking again with Riviera Travel, and hopefully we might get Gemma again.
