purchased two watches and only received one both sent separately on the same purchase order not marked as one of two so one is missing as far as the post office is concerned they delivered the parcel on the purchase order raised, got in touch with chat service and they recharge for the missing item I had to get the bank to stop the payment and to add insult to injury have not received a refund or the missing watch will never purchase from them again, I have on 03-02=24 received the missing watch, but the customer service response need improvement this review would not have happened if things had been dealt with more appropriately

Quick and easy rejoining straightforward process got to keep my old access code even though I have rejoined to another pure gym than the one I used due to moving.

Seamless service from start to finish, been a customer for almost two years and never had a single issue, everything ordered is always delivered, and kept well informed by the post office as to expect the order

From placing the order to receipt, it was seamless, everything went exactly as it was explained it would the two guys who came to deliver could not have been more helpful both were polite, and the packaging couldn't have asked for anything better

this company refused to cancel my purchase and knowingly sent my goods to an incorrect address, by refusing the cancelation they were in breach of my consumer rights they were completely unhelpful I was told to go to the incorrect address to retrieve my parcel that was delivered thirty miles away from my home' further to the M&M response, your customer services is an absolute joke, I tried to deal with them their initial response for not following up on my request was because I asked 25 minutes before you shut and going home was more important, the next excuse was the order had gone to far down the line not 5minutes into placing it it had not, after that I was told to travel 30 miles to my old address and retrieve no effort was made to work with to resolve the issue so why would you expect me to waste my time further, I have closed the account and under no circumstances would purchase from you in the future. you took my money and couldn't care less as to whether I receive what I paid for.

Although a regular shopper to the range this was my first online experience, very disappointing the product arrived smashed getting in touch with customer services has been difficult and costly and ended with out resolve which means I will probably need to involve trading standard, I will never use this store again

I found the service excellent I live in a remote village and being able to go online and order my medication in an uncomplicated process and have them delivered in days is perfect. the service from start to finish is straightforward and efficient
