It’s nice having a personalised solution, but I really don’t feel like my skin has changed very much and it’s SO expensive every month.
I’ve been using it now for a few years and I suppose it has helped a tiny bit in reducing redness, but for £24.99 a month I’m not sure if it’s worth me continuing for any longer. I have requested solution changes a few times now as I just haven’t been seeing any results. If the most recent solution doesn’t improve my skin I’ll most likely cancel.

Just visited the Burton store to find some hiking boots! Simran was extremely friendly, helpful and patient with us and my plethora of questions. She definitely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase instead of just making a sale. I felt so comfortable asking questions and asking to try multiple styles on as we weren’t rushed and I didn’t feel any pressure whatsoever.
Charlie was really helpful and knowledgeable too when I had additional questions while I was paying.
Definitely recommend this shop as all of the staff are so kind and helpful! Thank you!

My husband bought me a personalised necklace for my birthday which I LOVE!

So my brother and I decided to get one made for my mum’s birthday.
I emailed explaining that I didn’t see how long delivery would take when purchasing and if I could have an update as we go away on the 19th of august for my mum’s birthday which is the 21st.
I received an email 5 days later, the email seemed very scripted and not helpful whatsoever.
I sent another email a few days ago asking if I could change the address as the product status hasn’t changed in ages and there’s no way the necklace will be delivered before we go away!
The only hope of my mum receiving a birthday gift this year is being able to have it delivered to our accommodation but nobody will reply!
It’s such a shame as we can’t even afford to get her anything extra to open on her birthday day. I’m gutted. My mum has had such an awful few years I wanted to get her something to make her feel special.
