My question was answered quickly and the necessary action was done within 3 minutes of the call. The customer contact Bilal was extremely helpful and professional.

Purchased a new laptop along with a bundle of software. The laptop was fine and a good deal. We were sold McAfee protection along with Currys own Cloud back up and VPN. We later realised we did not need the VPN as it came as part of the McAfee package but was not advised at the time. The main issue was the cloud backup would not load. After 5 days of numerous calls to their support team, it was decided there was a problem that could not be resolved?? The laptop was brand new! Along with their own software ! Finally because the cloud backup and VPN was part of a bundle they would only credit us for £20 saying we had had such a good deal in the first place. Our conclusion of the whole affair is, the support was generally incompetent, the after sales service was diabolical with a complete lack of customer recognition. We will not use them again.

We were served by a lovely lady - Donna, she could not have been more helpful and ensured we got exactly what we were looking for, she is a credit to the store.
