Both times I've called up, to see when the product I needed was going to be back in stock, the young lady at the end of the phone was very friendly, personable, helpful, informative, she found my name the second time with out a prompt from me to assure me I would be contacted by email when it was back in store, which I was just a couple of days later, now I'm using the product, I love it, enjoy the packaging it came in, and in general am very impressed with the company, I'll definitely be ordering again, it was an easy, efficient process to do so.
