Ordered lever guards in wrong colour, 5mins after talking to customer service Lars, had the right colour in the way already.
Very satisfied, delivery is also super fast.

Insanely inhuman customer service. There is no reasonable point to waste your money if you are not willing to sacrifice time.

I have made an order on Marts 5, got it delivered on 7th and same day realised it was factory defective, so had to return.

Fast forward, two months have passed my money is gone, I have no item and no date to know when it will be even back or IF I get it back.

Customer service just gives me same story “we can’t do anything before it is returned from RMI”

For any circumstances, I strongly recommend to NOT buy from here. It is abnoxiously stressful process I got myself into.

Ordered item and have not received anything nor got update on it.
No possible way of contacting besides whatsapp number which is already red flag.

Pleasant and understandful customer service I had chance to talk with. Had no issues over 5 year period with NRGi, maybe will comeback to their services in near future again
