I've recently started using KuCoin. I purchased some coins early sat 14th Oct 2023 from their platform via P2P, soon as I made a withdrawal the nightmare begun.

My withdrawal since then has been sitting in review. I was asked to re-submit my ID, a video with a 6 digit code, this is not enough..

I had to submit EDD form, proof of address, bank statement, source of funds. I did all of this promptly and 4 days on I'm still waiting for 'my' funds to be released.

I have been in contact with support everyday, but to no surprise a common response, please allow us 1-3 business days, allow us several days to do check, its with the relevant team, a dedicated team will email you with feedback..

I have asked for this case to be escalated with some old robotic, heartless response, allow several days, 1-3 days etc.

I'm absolutely appalled by the behaviour and conduct. This is unnecessary stress and headache, let's not even go to the losses I've endured due to the delay.

I'm sure I'm not the first and others have experienced the same occurance.
