Don’t get mugged by this firm

Further to my earlier review on this company they continue to deceive.
Under no circumstances should you trust this company or expect any honesty, and take any positive reviews with a pinch of salt.
I do not have what was prescribed and paid for, now well over 6 weeks late. They have been stalling since end of March saying one thing then another just to string me along. Totally dishonest and all over the place with contradictory communications and misinformation to give me the belief that I will get what is owed.
One moment it will be on way then next it won’t, then questionnaire accepted but clinicians then do will not approve for dispatch.
Tried chargeback via bank but was told today I was too late because they had been delaying me so long I had gone beyond 120 days.
Completely fed up with this company, but this seems to be the way they conduct their business taking money off people then not delivering whilst continuing to deceive you that they are doing everything to sort when obviously they are not.
Out of pocket and feel like I have been mugged and the people running it are laughing all the way to the bank.

Dreadful Experience

All started well with the TSC, select/order/pay, then it is a calamity onwards. Had enough of been spun along with extremely poor communication, the automated AI Chat and online message system truly depressing.
Ordered 2x 3-months supply of Mounjaro pens with step-up of dosage from 2.5mg to 15mg at month 6. They took payment on 16/01/2025 and 'dispatched' next day. Received somebody else medication then spent days trying to sort and get correct order. Communication poor. Eventually got only half order of first 3-months pens. Was told I would get second part of order after review in 3 months via online system, but link did not work and didn't know if received. Went through weeks of poor service from them and eventually told review accepted and dispatch of second set of pens then nothing. Chased again and told start of next week 6/5/25 at latest then nothing again. No hope of response or resolution.
Now requested cancellation and refund minus already dispensed pens.
Administration of this business is so disconnected from provision or a service, particularly after taking your money up front. Maybe these types of operators need a dose of TV time to expose their dreadful service and obvious cashing in at some peoples expense.
Would give a zero stars if could as never in my entire life have I experienced such a sham service.

Post note: I note this company was dissolved following liquidation on 15/04/2025 - probably along with several hundred ££s of my money.

‘Free’ services for poor service that end up not ‘free’

Twice in the last 6 months have given a ‘free’ period of a additional package for problem with their services, and then charged me for the ‘free’ package before the period has ended. These ‘free’ services have not been subscribed to and you cannot remove them. Phoned customer service first time - no problem we will remove it and refund by credit on account. The second time they said would remove the pack but only after 31 days by which time you will need to pay for it. Asked to speak to supervisor - not available/busy or something, not impressed. Explained I should not be paying for anything ‘free’ given as a goodwill gesture for their problem and suggested I felt deceived.
Sky customer experience has fell off the cliff edge as far as I am concerned and feel their service now simply keeps customers at arms length and operators read from a script.
I am now seriously thinking of walking away from Sky when I can after decades of decent customer service. They have very recently become poor for whatever reason.

Excellent in-store experience

Blown away by the excellent service by Charlie. Could not be more helpful with information about a range of footwear, including advantages and disadvantages, for what we were looking for. Did not have all sizes but made every effort to find boots available at short notice at other choice of stores. Would recommend store for every effort made to assist you with your visit.
