I have just spent nearly an hour on the phone with an incredibly helpful person

I have just spent nearly an hour on the telephone to Shareview. I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. The person I was dealing with, Rayhan, was incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. In actual fact we was fantastic, I have not said that about anybody for a long time. Many thanks to Team Leader Becky for allowing one of your staff so much time and effort with a client.
I am highly impressed. Many many thanks Rahyan.

Three visits to fit one cooker …

The person who took the original order seemed very hesitant and showed poor real understanding of English . This fed through to the wrong information being given to the installation team who were unable to fit the cooker . A third appointment was made and delayed by six hours ! The gentleman who finally fitted the Rangemaster were very cheerful , helpful and professional . But , three visits to fit one cooker is not acceptable .

The box was broken and some of the…

The box was broken and some of the contents damaged .The courier photographed it in a way to try and disguise the damage. I phoned Nespresso to complain as trying to contact DPD is virtually impossible . Obviously not enough care was taken of the package in transit which is totally down to your company .
