I bought a grill

I bought a grill, and one of its parts was defective. On January 1st, I requested a replacement part so I could begin assembling the grill. Since then, I haven't received a formal response. I called customer service twice, and they told me they would send a technician, but I'm still waiting for them to do what they promised. I can't use the grill, which I already paid for and went to pick up. They haven't offered any solution since I reported the defect.
