Poor service

Poor service - The support team works very limited hours and have endless holidays.

Awful Value - You pay per impression (tiers are based on visitors count). Very quickly our cost jumped to over $500/month. You're better off spending that on ads to get customers/leads.

SCAM AVOID

SCAM AVOID - We're billed an additional $658 for additional weight.

1- The website and checkout page did not say anything about weight limits, or additional feel.

2- We dumped empty cardboard boxes. They claimed there was nearly 2 extra tons, and will not provide proof.

Find someone ethical who list the FULL prices upfront.

Dated platform. NOT unlimted.

Don't advertise unlimited if you have a limite.

Do yourself a favor avoid this Humblefax. It's waste of your time. I highly doubt the positive reviews are real... Read the negative reviews to get a better idea of how awful the service is.

Terrible support

Terrible support. The AI works well, but getting a human response takes days. When they finally reply, they don’t address your request, forcing you into a frustrating cycle. Save yourself the hassle—look elsewhere.
