Hi Juan, I've just sent over the technical sheet to you. We don't understand why you gave us a 3-star review if you only wanted the technical sheet (which is publicly available on our website as well).

If you had just sent us an e-mail with your request you would have received it the same day, no problem. If you would be able to adjust this review that would be really appreciated as we're now stuck with a 3-star review about something that isn't a problem or a bad service from our side.
