Poor customer service with no suitable returns option
Its unclear on the website however this is a chinese store and so whatever you buy will be sent from there.
I spent £40 on some crocs, only for then to be too small when they arrived.
I emailed customer services 3 times with no reply, meanwhile I've had at least 9 emails asking me to review or 'we miss you emails'.
My wife was finally able to contact them through Instagram and we were told we would have to pay to return them and then they could provide 40% off of our next order.
If something you buy doesnt fit, I just want to return and swap for the right size. I shouldn't have to haggle and then be charged £20 to send something back to China when the mistake is on their part.
Having read other reviews since having this issue, I think I got off lightly as the item did arrive within the timescale given when I purchased so they get an extra star for that.
I wouldn't use them again though.
