I had a very poor experience with 1040 abroad. Olivier was slow to respond and would not take the extra time to make sure he understood my tax situation. He prepared the returns, and sent them back full of errors. It was promised he would write a letter to the IRS explaining specific issues in my return, but I had to ask multiple times for him to write the letter. He sent me many requests saying I was leaving out information when I had clearly uploaded the requested information into his portal. Overall very terrible customer service.

Oliver was on time on our call. Gave without reservation all the information he was asked for and I had the impression of talking with a very skilled and informed professional.
I will return to Oliver for advice on international taxes soon again.
