I withdraw my money from my account it says pending then all of a sudden it say declined. Now how do I get my money is this now a scam or what?

This is the internet and I know it may be hard for some people to believe the word of others, I BEG YOU, please do not go on this site. They purposefully make it difficult to withdraw your funds in the hope that you gamble it all away and give them back. However, I have learned that, especially if you win somewhat big, that if you lose/give them back half, they will be kind enough to MAYBE process your withdrawal. PS Customer service is horrible and nothing like the Customer Service I experienced on sites like william hill. STAY CLEARRR

I have tried everything to win nothing I do not play again with this website the taking a money and nothing pays out

So- i have used 10bet for years and honestly thought they were the best book around until now. Always instant withdrawals- fully verified etc. now all of a sudden I tried to make a withdrawal and they are asking me for a bank statement from 2021- haha- I said I don’t have it and they told me fine it won’t effect my withdrawal but obviously my account would be closed. I said ok. They said they would pay me within 48 hours and of course 48 hours has passed and still no money. Just be careful. They are dishonest and give misinformation.

I've been depositing quit a lot and I played Amazon big bass extreme game, I apparently won 32k+ just now and immediately started thinking something was fishy about it lol... I tried to withdraw 25k just now and then I logged out and decided to read reviews, I just tried to log back in to see what the excuse would be because I was almost certain there would be a lot of delays to look forward to.. and now I can't log in to my account it won't let me it says system error, I've emailed and received a generic automated email and I don't think this is real... If they pay out then obviously this site will get 5 star if it doesn't then 0. I will keep you all updated. If they don't pay out I would suggest never ever playing here. Put them out of business, I used no bonus' no offers I just played and couldn't possibly have broken any rules. Let's see what happens.
Update: able to log in this morning Lora in live chat said she needs no additional information from me and withdrawal takes around 48 hrs.. if this goes through smoothly this website will get a five star review upgraded to three stars currently.. let's see what happens?!?

10 Bet stole my money

Literally won my first bet (small) and tried to withdraw and 10bet refused to pay out my winnings. Back and forth over livechat and email resulted in 10bet only paying out 50% of my winnings claiming I had broken their terms and conditions however they refused to tell which ones i had actually broke.

This is a very poor site!! I normally play roulette and I can tell you the live roulette is rigged to the max! I covered every number but 0 3 26 32 35. Had 5 spins at it for it to hit that section 5 times in a row is now random how the ball warps straight to that section you don’t have then to watch the 6th spin for it to go to that section yet again! They were praying you betted even heavier that spin. 600 loss is 5 spins is enough for a 5 year self exclusion

Great, site. I dont know why is it reviewed so poorly. It has great promotions.. And i could withdraw on crypto easily. First withdrawal took 1 whole day but the next one less than 1 min i swear. So great allover so far! i hope they stay like this.

Ok so I've been using this site to bet tennis and they literally send every bet to a "trader" who will reject the bet if your player has won the point in the 1-2 mins it takes for them to review the bet. This is extremely scammy and illegal. I have video evidence of this, which ill be forwarding to the Gambling commision and other regulatory bodies. I just had a bet where it took 2 mins to accept and in that time the player lost a crucial point. I've also had other instances where the player wins the point in that time and then they'll reject the bet. This is theft. They really need to be shut down as they are literally picking and choosing bets based off the outcome of the points. Extremely illegal.

Absolutely by far the worst site I’ve ever used, they were great for the first 12 months… built up a very good relationship on loyalty, was happy with what I was playing way within my budgets in line with safer gambling. The last 3 months my account has been blocked 3 times an no loyalty rewards or promotions available. Customer service are dreadful and disrespectful an will just give you the normal script. Offered me 50 free spins an then took them away from me for absolutely no reason I have been waiting for the response for 4 days now.
