I had the same experience as one of the previous reviews. I won around £20 from the free spins from the sign-up offer. After I withdrew the balance, I noticed that they'd simply refunded my initial deposit. I asked on their live chat why this happened and they made some reference to the terms and conditions, but wouldn't explain specifically what I did wrong.

Basically it seems that they lure people in with an offer, but simply confiscate your winnings if you happen to come out ahead.

I received an email saying how highly they were rated on Trustpilot, a quick visit to Trustpilot later and I find that’s not the case…not having any of my money and I suggest others follow suit
