The staff are warm and welcoming
The staff are warm and welcoming. They really deliver above and beyond what’s expected. Lourdes helped me greatly before my treatment even started.
Sofia has always been patient and informative. Her advice has been invaluable to both ,put my mind at ease and help my skin look amazing.
If anyone is in doubt, I suggest having a conversation with these amazing experts

They took £50 from me and then about 5 mins said they couldn't do anything. Then I sent a complaint and still waiting on a reply. I would not recommend

We require a £50 holding deposit to secure a non-surgical consultation. As with any reputable medical clinic, a consultation is necessary to determine if we can proceed with treatment, and if so, which treatment options would be best suited. The £50 can be used against the cost of treatment should you proceed, or is refundable if you do not for any reason. From our records, we can see that a consultation was fully carried out.
Unfortunately, in some cases, at the consultation, it can be determined that we are unable to proceed with treatment for a variety of reasons. As per the terms stated on our website, and on the phone when speaking with our Patient Advisors, you are entitled to a refund of the holding deposit.
We have not received a complaint from you, however we did ask our Patient Advisors to reach out to you directly to arrange for your holding deposit to be refunded, as per our policy. Should you wish to discuss further, please feel free to reach out to us on 0344 692 1111 or info@111harleystreet.com.
